CONCLUSIONS

	Improvement Plans are concrete and real actions which demand us to get education quality required by Colombian students. They, with their best learning and competence shall be, together with the country, the first beneficiaries. Improvement plans in schools with the entire teaching staff, benefits the institutional sustainability. Improvement requires the conviction and the decision that it is always possible, whatever the nature of the institution, large or small, rural or urban, public or private.
